LMC Tops Out Atlanta High-Rise Community
The 310-unit luxury rental building located in the city’s midtown district will feature ground-level terrace porches and rooftop amenities.
Vireo
LMC announced it has topped out of Vireo, a 310-unit luxury apartment community in Atlanta. The high-rise development is located on 13th Street in the city’s midtown district. As part of the development, the sidewalks along the building will be widened to add to the walkability of the neighborhood.
Located at 195 13th St. NE, Vireo offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 486 to 1,242 square feet. Apartment interiors will feature high-end finishes and ground-level terrace porches along 13th Street, with select homes including wine refrigerators.
The community will have a courtyard amenity plaza as well as a full suite of rooftop amenities, including a swimming pool, cabanas, club room and outdoor lounge.
Situated between the neighborhoods of Buckhead and downtown, midtown is the second largest business district in the city and features the popular Peachtree Street and Piedmont Park, which includes athletic fields, a dog park and Lake Clara Meer. Transit options include two easily accessible MARTA train stations, as well as interstates 75 and 85.
Hoar Construction completed the site work, concrete structural frame, exterior windows, façade and roofing. Resident move-ins are slated for spring 2019. This development follows two recent collaborations between LMC and Hoar Construction, the mixed-use, 290-unit development Gentry in Atlanta, and the 344-unit community The Morris in Nashville.
