LMC Launches Leasing at CA Community

Located in the Southern California seaside town of Carlsbad, the 278-unit Marisol features smart home technology and offers a range of amenities.


LMC has launched leasing at Marisol, a luxury apartment community in the seaside city of Carlsbad, Calif. The 278-unit building is smart home enabled and is LMC’s first development in the area. 

The community is located at 3251 Marisol Place, near State Route 78 and Interstate 5, along the Pacific Coast. It is situated about 35 miles north of San Diego and 85 miles south of Los Angeles, and is about 6 miles from the Pacific Ocean. 

Marisol consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 772 to 1,877 square feet, including three-bedroom townhomes with private garages. Homes are equipped with smart home technology that give residents digital control of their bedroom window shades, wireless thermostats and lighting in the kitchen, dining and entryways. Community amenities at Marisol include:

  • clubhouse
  • game room
  • swimming pool and spa
  • barbecue grills
  • pet washing station
  • fitness center

Including Marisol, LMC now has eight communities in operation or under construction in California, including Shift, a 368-unit mixed-use community in San Diego that began preleasing in January.
