LMC Breaks Ground on 339-Unit Seattle-Area Community
The Bower is an upcoming 339-unit property in the northern part of Kirkland, Wash., situated adjacent to Interstate 405. A direct-access freeway bus stop will be available for resident use.
LMC has started the construction of The Bower, a 339-unit community with 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in the northern part of Kirkland, Wash. The property will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. First tenants are scheduled to move in by late spring/summer of 2020.
The site is located at 11811 N.E. 128th St. in the Totem Lake neighborhood, near The Village at Totem Lake mall and the EvergreenHealth Medical Center. The property is adjacent to Interstate 405, offering easy access to Bellevue, Wash., and downtown Seattle. The I-405 corridor includes high-profile employers such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, IBM and the University of Washington.
Diverse set of amenities
A direct-access freeway bus stop will be available for resident use, with stops throughout the Seattle metro area. The apartments will include wood-plank style flooring, quartz countertops with under-mount sinks, stainless-steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, as well as washers and dryers. The Bower will feature common-area amenities, such as:
