New York—Sandy Loewentheil and Ron Moelis, co-founders of L+M Development Partners (L+M), will be honored by The Greyston Foundation, a pioneer in social enterprise that creates jobs and provides integrated programs that move individuals toward self-sufficiency, at its 2013 Annual Benefit on May 22.

The Greyston Foundation is honoring Loewentheil and Moelis, whose real estate company is responsible for more than $2.5 billion in development, investment and construction in the tri-state area, for their innovation in the affordable housing industry and long-standing dedication to the communities served by L+M.

L+M recently partnered with Greyston to open a new, $32 million multifamily housing developing in Yonkers with 92 modern, energy efficient apartments for local families.

Greyston will also honor former Board Chairman Jeffrey Koslowsky, Chief Financial Officer of Advocate Brokerage in Scarsdale and Managing Member of Indigo Asset Management, at the Annual Benefit, which runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at X20 Xaviar’s on the Hudson, 71 Water Grant St., Yonkers.

This year’s benefit will celebrate the culmination of the Greyston Foundation’s 30th anniversary year of building communities and providing jobs and resources for individuals to build better lives.
