At the 2022 MHN Excellence Awards party, Bozzuto Group Chairman and Co-Founder Tom Buzzuto received this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was accepted on Tom’s behalf by Stephanie Williams, president of Bozzuto Management Co. and operating partner of The Bozzuto Group.
Following the awards ceremony, MHN Executive Editor Paul Rosta caught up with Nancy Goldsmith, Bozzuto Management Co. Director of Operations and a 29-year veteran of the firm. Goldsmith attributes her company’s success to hiring nice people. “Nice people give good service…happy employees make happy residents,” she said. Watch more interviews.
