Lifestyle Communities Kicks Off 1,050-Unit Austin Project

Lifestyle Communities has broken ground on LC Pflugerville, a 1,050-unit mixed-use community in Pflugerville, Texas. The property marks Lifestyle Communities’ first Austin-area development.
The first units are slated for completion in late 2022, while the entire first phase is slated for delivery by late 2024.
Overall, the initial phase of LC Pflugerville will encompass 409 units. Planned amenities include a restaurant, wellness center and coworking space.
Located at the intersection of Pfluger Farm Lane & Town Center Drive, the community is roughly 21 miles from downtown Austin, benefiting from the metro’s stable multifamily market driven by continued population growth.
Positioned half a mile west of Stone Hill Town Center, the development is close to various retail, dining and entertainment options. Typhoon Texas Waterpark Austin is 1 mile south of the community, while Lake Pflugerville Park is some 4 miles away.
The developer worked with the city to plan the mixed-use community in a way that is consistent with the area’s history, Bo Brownlee, chief development officer & general counsel at Lifestyle Communities, said in prepared remarks.
