Levin Johnston Brokers Sale of 2-Property Portfolio

Belview Heights and Casa Belview in Belmont, Calif., traded for approximately $27 million. The firm represented both parties in the transaction.

Levin Johnston has arranged the sale of a two-property legacy portfolio totaling 54 units in Belmont, Calif. The properties changed hands for $27.1 million. Levin Johnston represented the seller, a private family, as well as the buyer, a private investor.

The portfolio includes Belview Heights and Casa Belview, located directly across the street from one another at 1015 and 1016 Continentals Way. San Francisco and San Jose are both situated approximately 30 minutes away, via Interstate 280. Additionally, the two communities are close to various shopping and dining options in downtown Belmont, as well as to employers such as Sony, Facebook, Electronic Arts Inc., Visa and Oracle.

Levin Johnston has recently brokered the record-breaking price-per-unit sale of Velocity at Lawrence Station in Santa Clara, Calif., which commanded $465,250 per apartment.
