LeCesse Begins 2nd Phase of Orlando Development
The 312-unit BellaNova at JubiLee Park, located about two miles from the city’s airport, is anticipated to open in the summer of 2019.
A joint venture between LeCesse Development Corp. and Famlee Investment Co. has broken ground on BellaNova at JubiLee Park, a 312-unit luxury apartment community in Orlando, Fla. The owner is financing the construction through a $52.9 million HUD loan originated by Wells Fargo, according to public records. The project is anticipated to open in the summer of 2019.
Located at 6850 Merryvale Lane, the property’s 26 two-story buildings will make up the second of three phases of the larger JubiLee Park planned development. Positioned some two miles from Orlando International Airport, the site borders the Martin Andersen Beachline Expressway, enabling convenient access throughout the wider metro area. The first phase, known as GrandeVille at JubiLee Park, opened in 2015 and is 95.8 percent occupied, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Rich amenity mix
The garden-style community will offer future residents a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Planned amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, summer kitchen and a walking trail around the perimeter of the property. The buildings will surround a central park area with a playground. Outdoor parking will be available, with some units offering attached garage space.
Humphreys & Partners Architects is the architect for the development, assisted by Verlander Landscape Architecture and Florida Engineering Group. LECESSE Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project.
