David Borchardt Promoted to Tower Companies’ Chief Sustainability Officer

Rockville, Md.—The Tower Companies has promoted David Borchardt, P.E., LEED AP to Chief Sustainability Officer. Borchardt was hired in 2005 as Director of Sustainable Development, overseeing 1,400 apartments and 4.5 million square feet of office buildings, office parks, regional malls, residential communities, lifestyle centers, and hotels within the D.C. area.
