KW Property Management Hired at 6 Florida Communities
The properties include communities in Fort Myers and Venice.
KW Property Management & Consulting has expanded its roster of southwestern Florida apartment communities managed with the addition of six properties totaling almost 5,000 units. Among those multifamily communities are master-planned neighborhoods, active-adult communities and condominiums.
In Fort Myers, KWPMC has assumed association management and food-and-beverage operations at Pelican Preserve. Developed by WCI Communities, the gated master-planned property features almost 2,500 homes for 55-and-up residents. Offering condominiums, carriage homes, attached villas and single-family homes, it is among the leading active-adult communities in the region.
Also retaining KWPMC was the Venice, Fla., Gran Paradiso gated community, which features 1,935 residences. A high-end, Tuscan-inspired property, Gran Paradiso sits on upwards of 1,000 acres in a convenient location near Venice’s Jacaranda Boulevard and Interstate 75.
KWPMC has also been retained as manager of several other Southwest Florida communities, including the Marco Island properties Marco Beach Ocean Resort, the Tradewinds Apartments at Marco Island, and Treviso at the Colony, a 21-story condominium structure in Bonita Springs.
The association management company commands 25,000 residences across Collier, Lee, Venice, Charlotte and Hendry counties. KWPMC plans to announce other management assignments in the region in the near-term according to a company statement.
