New York—Award-winning KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce that KTGY’s Principal Rohit Anand, AIA, NCARB and thought leader, has been invited to be the keynote speaker at The Excellence Awards 2012. This event, sponsored by Interface and Carnegie and presented by Multi-Housing News, will include Anand’s presentation on “Emerging Trends Shaping Multifamily Development & Design,” followed by the announcement of the Gold winners in a variety of Excellence Award categories, recognition of Silver winners and a cocktail reception. The event will be held at Interface’s New York Showroom, 330 Fifth Avenue, 12th Floor, on September 24, at 5:30 p.m.
Anand will share his latest insights on the demographic trends that are impacting the multifamily housing industry including the Baby Boomers and the Millennials; what they want and where they want to be. Anand will also address customization as an emerging design trend that can engage Millennials, and how design is being used to capture market share and differentiate the multifamily product.
