KRE Group Wraps Up 285-Unit Luxury Project in New Jersey

The company broke ground in 2023.

KRE Group has completed Beacon Hill, a 285-unit luxury rental community in Marlboro, N.J. The project broke ground in 2023 and came online with the help of a 2022 construction loan in the amount of $77.2 million originated by Truist Bank, according to Yardi Matrix information.

Beacon Hill consists of 14 three-story buildings across a 47-acre site. The unit layouts have multiple two-bedroom configurations and monthly rental rates starting from $3,190. Shared amenities at the pet-friendly property include a 4,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, coworking lounge, kitchen with dining area, swimming pool, playground and a dog park. Residents also have access to reserved parking and EV charging stations.

The community is at 100 Buckingham St., near U.S highways 9 and 34. Other major roads in the area include Route 18 and the Garden State Parkway, both within 5 miles of the property. The area features several eateries and national chains, as well as retail options. Several schools and parks are within 2 miles. Manhattan is 37 miles away.

Beacon Hill is part of KRE’s Garden Collection, a company brand consisting of 15 rental communities in the Tri-State area. Close to the Marlboro property, KRE owns Jackson Green in Jackson, N.J., and Deer Creek in Plainsboro Township, N.J., both within 25 miles. Farther away, KRE is also developing Valley View Park, a 239-unit property in East Hanover, N.J., also part of the Garden Collection. The developer broke ground on the project last year.
