Moen Inc.’s CFG brand has released Slate, a collection of kitchen and bath products designed for multifamily properties. The products feature a contemporary, minimalistic design and include faucets with water-saving options. The kitchen collection includes a single-handle pulldown faucet with a two-function wand, providing the option of a steady stream or spray for rinsing.

For the bathroom, both single-handle and two-handle faucet options are available, as well as a water-saving shower head. A pressure-balancing valve maintains water pressure and controls temperature in the shower. The Slate collection’s faucets feature durable construction with ceramic disc cartridges that are nearly maintenance-free.

Each bathroom fixture is certified to meet the Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense criteria, with a flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute (gpm), compared to the 2.2 gpm standard. Water-saving showering options have a flow rate of 1.75 gpm. The Slate collection comes in chrome, matte black, stainless (kitchen only), and brushed nickel (bath only) options.
