Kidder Mathews Closes Washington Community Sale
Brandon Lawler, Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson brokered the acquisition of the 26-unit property in Lakewood.
Kidder Mathews has arranged the off-market sale of Clover Meadows Apartments, a 26-unit property in Lakewood, Wash. Sound Residential Investments, led by President Michael Delaney, acquired the asset from a private investor for $3.3 million. Public records show that First Financial Northwest Bank provided the buyer with a $2.6 acquisition loan.
Kidder Mathews Executive Vice Presidents Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson along with Associate Broker Brandon Lawler represented the buyer. Earlier this month, the same team brokered a nearly $12 million off-market sale of a 63-unit property in Tacoma, Wash.
The seller had renovated the 1968-built community’s interiors prior to the sale. The two-building asset is located at 12517 47th Ave. SW, 40 miles south of central Seattle and less than 10 miles from Tacoma. The 1.6-acre parcel is within 1 mile of Interstate 5 and the Lakewood train station. McChord Air Force Base is on the property’s eastern edge.
