Kidder Mathews Brokers $12M Seattle-Area Sale
Brandon Lawler, Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson closed the disposition of the 63-unit Tacoma community.
Kidder Mathews has arranged the sale of Bayside Garden Apartments, a two-building, 63-unit community in Tacoma, Wash. Executive Vice Presidents Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson and Associate Brandon Lawler represented the buyers, a partnership between Tyler Stanek and Rose Stanek-Norbe of TYRODA LLC and Michael Petramalo of Targa Real Estate. The property sold in an $11.9 million, off-market transaction.
The property is located at 15 N. E St., in the city’s historic Stadium District, adjacent to Commencement Bay. Wright Park and Stadium Bowl are within walking distance. Kaiser Permanente’s Tacoma Medical Center is less than a mile away.
Featuring a red brick façade, the four- and five-story buildings date back to 1926. According to Yardi Matrix, the community comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Common area amenities include elevators, storage lockers, two laundry facilities and 40 parking spaces.
Earlier this year, Simon and Anderson were involved in a $44.5 million multifamily disposition some 15 miles northeast of Bayside Garden. The 216-unit community was built in 1985.
