KFA Completes The Micropolitan At Larchmont Village
The 34-unit property was developed by the development subsidiary of the engineering firm Psomas.
Los Angeles—Architecture firm Killefer Flammang Architects announced the completion of The Micropolitan at Larchmont Village, a boutique lifestyle, residential development at 5825 Camerford Ave., within walking distance of Paramount Pictures.
The 32,726-sq.ft., three-story structure offers 34 studio-, one-, and two-bedroom apartments and was developed by Micropolitan LLC, the development subsidiary of the engineering firm Psomas. Rent for the 512 to 1,282-square-foot units ranges from $2,625 to $4,525.
Building amenities include a rooftop deck with BBQ, a community room with a kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, a pet spa, secure parking and bicycle storage. The property features open floor plans, spacious balconies, walk-in closets, and high-quality finishes. Dining, shopping, and entertainment options are available in the popular areas of Larchmont Village, Hancock Park, and Hollywood. The project is located just off State Route 101.
KFA has collaborated on several other multifamily projects with Micropolitan, including the Micropolitan at Urban Lights, completed last year and the 82-unit Micropolitan at Chandler aka The nVE, currently under construction, as well as the Micropolitan at Fairfax Village, a 60-unit community which just broke ground at 639 North Fairfax Ave. in West Hollywood.
