Ken Maksoudian Joins Great Lakes Financial Group as Senior Underwriter

Cleveland–Great Lakes Financial Group has appointed Ken Maksoudian as senior underwriter. Maksoudian will report to GLFG’s President, Joe Bobeck.

In his new role, Maksoudian will be responsible for underwriting HUD MAP and LEAN transactions as well as affordable housing investments. “We are very impressed with Maksoudian and the background he brings to our company. He possesses the unique combination of entrepreneurship, knowledge, honesty, motivation and drive that we are looking for to move forward in this tough economy,” says Bobeck.

Most recently, Maksoudian was senior financial analyst at The NRP Group in Cleveland.
