A partnership between Campus Apartments and Collegiate Development Group completed construction of 114 Earle, a 227-unit student housing community in South Carolina serving Clemson University. The property is owned and managed by Campus Apartments LLC.

Located at 114 Earle St., in Clemson, S.C., the six-story project sits on approximately 3.7 acres and offers 706 beds. The community offers a mix of studios, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,116 square feet. Apartment features include fully furnished units with stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops, hardwood-style flooring, walk-in closets, and patios and balconies in selected units.
