Frisco Station
The 242-acre development will feature residential, office, retail, hospitality, health and wellness and parks and trails. The project is being developed by the Frisco Station partnership, which is made up of The Rudman Partnership, Hillwood and VanTrust Real Estate. The community offers 29 acres of green and open space and is set to provide for a future population of 3,456, with 15,000 employment opportunities. Frisco Station is located next door to Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters and multi-use event center.
The Towers at Frisco Station will comprise Class A high-rise office buildings built-to-suit with a total of 3 million square feet. The Health + Wellness District offers opportunity for fitness, spa and medical office facilities totaling 500,000 square feet. The Campus at Frisco Station provides 1 million square feet and a corporate headquarters opportunity. Creative and entrepreneurial office space is offered at The Offices at Frisco Station, which features 1.5 million square feet. The Hub area is Frisco Station’s center of activity for dinning, shopping, entertainment and events, encompassing 55,000 square feet.
SkyHouse is the second living community under construction at Frisco Station. The first was the 301-unit Station House, which will begin leasing this summer. Upon completion of the development, the residential component of Frisco Station will comprise 25.5 acres and more than 2,000 apartments.
“The City of Frisco continues to experience unprecedented growth, which has created strong demand for housing options that appeal to residents ranging from young professionals to empty-nesters,” said Mike Berry, president of Hillwood. “SkyHouse is an essential addition to Frisco Station to help us meet this growing demand. Its features and amenities complement the existing multifamily development, Station House, while meeting the Frisco Station mission of delivering a unique smart, creative and healthy environment.”
