Related Group JV Breaks Ground on Miami Condominiums
More than half sold, the luxury project is rising in one of the wealthiest communities in the nation.

A joint venture between Related Group, Teddy Sagi, BH Group and Wanxiang America RE Group has commenced construction on the Residences at Six Fisher Island in Miami Beach, Fla. Located on the last developable parcel within the 216-acre exclusive Fisher Island community 3.8 miles south of the tip of Miami Beach, The Residences at Six Fisher Island will feature 50 bespoke homes spread across 10 stories. It is more than 50 percent sold totaling more than $500 million in sales recorded to date.
Extending from three to eight bedrooms in size, the homes will offer above-average-height ceilings, generously sized terraces, custom kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, walk-in closets in primary suites and Tara Bernerd-designed baths.
A pair of pool decks featuring swimming pools, sunbeds, private cabanas and full-service bars are set to be a highlight of the common-area amenities at Six Fisher Island.
Completion is slated for 2026 on the Coastal Construction-led development project. Architecture of Residences at Six Fisher Island is being handled by Kobi Karp Architects while interiors are by the interior design studio Tara Bernerd and Partners.
Exclusive enclave
Long viewed as one of the most prestigious communities in both Southeast Florida and the nation as a whole, Fisher Island is a private residential community home to some of the world’s wealthiest families and accessible only by ferry. Since 2015, the island has had the highest per-capita income of any setting within the U.S.
