JMJ Development Breaks Ground on TX Luxury Project
Located on the northwestern corner of Windmill Farms Boulevard and Highway 80, the garden-style buildings will comprise more than 270 units.
JMJ Development has broken ground on The Parc at Windmill Farms Apartments, a 272-unit project in Forney, Texas, which spreads across an almost 19-acre site. The property is set to contain 17 two-story buildings.
Located on the northwestern corner of Highway 80 and Windmill Farms Boulevard, the garden-style, walk-up buildings are slated to comprise 116 one-, 120 two- and 36 three-bedroom units. Common-area amenities will include:
- swimming pool
- clubhouse
- leasing office
- business center
- internet cafe
- fitness center
- gathering room with kitchen
The Dallas–Fort Worth multifamily market has stayed in high gear this year, fueled by one of the country’s best-performing economies and rapid population growth. According to Yardi Matrix data, roughly 22,000 new apartments are slated to come online by the end of this year. Moreover, the metro’s expected to lead the nation this year in deliveries, with a projected rent growth of 4.4 percent in 2018.
