JLL Merges Operations with Keystone in Charlotte

Charlotte, N.C.--Jones Lang LaSalle has merged operations with Keystone Partners.

Charlotte, N.C.–Jones Lang LaSalle has merged operations with Keystone Partners, a North Carolina-based integrated real estate services firms. The four partners who founded Keystone Partners in 2001–Chase Monroe, Brad Cherry, Pete Pittroff and Jim Thorp–will join Jones Lang LaSalle along with 12 additional staff in Charlotte, N.C.

The comprehensive services Keystone Partners provides include agency leasing, investment sales, project management, tenant representation, consulting and property management for office and industrial properties. Dave McGarry, managing director of eastern markets at Jones Lang LaSalle, says that bringing Keystone Partners in advances the firm’s strategy to increase market share in the Carolinas and provide clients with a broader spectrum of service.
