Isola Opens Phoenix-Area SFR Community

Isola Communities has opened Peralta Vista, a 135-unit single-family rental community in Mesa, Ariz. The developer broke ground in early 2022 and completed the property in four phases after receiving a $22.2 million construction loan from Western Alliance Bank in 2021, according to Yardi Matrix data. Mark-Taylor Residential will provide management services at the eco-friendly community.

Peralta Vista comprises one- and two-bedroom duplex and detached townhomes ranging between 568 and 1,082 square feet. Homes feature walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, private garages and backyards, smart home packages and tankless hot-water heaters. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, fitness center and spa, along with EV charging stations.

Located at 526 N Ellsworth Road, Peralta Vista is off Red Mountain Freeway and roughly 31 miles from Phoenix, as well as some 15 miles from central Mesa. The community is also close to the Red Mountain Plaza shopping center.

Demand for SFR properties has been increasing, with the $4.4 trillion sector showing stability in the current volatile economic environment. Development for this asset type has been mostly concentrated in the Sun Belt, mainly due to positive in-migration patterns and lower costs of living that have been attracting new residents to this region in the past few years.
