Institutional Property Advisors has arranged the sale of Springs at University Drive, a 216-unit community in Bryan, Texas.
Executive Director Will Balthrope, Director Jennifer Campbell, First Vice President Tommy Lovell and Associates Richard Robson and Will Griffin represented the seller, Continental Properties, and procured the buyer, CEG Multifamily. In June, the team also brokered the sale of a 288-unit property in Waco, Texas.
Springs at University Drive occupies 12.7 acres at 4050 Eastchester Drive, near freeways 30 and 6, around 4 miles from Texas A&M University and 5 miles from downtown Bryan.
Constructed in 2017, the 10-building garden-style community has one-, two- and three-bedroom units, averaging 980 square feet. The units feature washers and dryers and above standard ceiling heights. Property amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor lounge area, private balcony or patio and 355 parking spaces.
