Investment Firm Acquires D.C. Apartments

Multifamily investment advisory firm TGM Associates has acquired TGM Sudley Crossing, a 432-unit community in Manassas, Va.

Washington, D.C.—Multifamily investment advisory firm TGM Associates has acquired TGM Sudley Crossing, a 432-unit community in Manassas, Va.

TGM Sudley Crossing, formerly known as Tanglewood Apartments when it was owned and managed by Equity Residential, contains one- and two-bedroom units. These apartments include eat-in kitchens, breakfast bars and in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and outdoor spa.

Upgrades to the community will include a cyber café, a resident lounge and upgraded kitchens and baths in apartments.

The community is located close to public transportation such as Amtrak and Virginia Railway Express for an easy commute to Washington, D.C.
