Insula Lands Luxury Asset in The City Beautiful

Orlando, Fla.—Insula Cos. has added The Glenn Apartments in Orlando to its portfolio of residential communities. The $42 million deal marks the Sarasota-based company’s largest purchase to date, as well as its 25th strategic acquisition since the firm began operations in 2009.

Located at 10801 Heather Ridge Circle, The Glenn benefits from quick access to Florida State Road 417, the main traffic artery northeast of Orlando, via University Boulevard. The property provides 396 luxury residences, which are available in one- and two-bedroom layouts. Floor plans range in size from 615 to 1,075 square feet, and each apartment includes washers and dryers, plush carpets and new black appliances. Select homes also offer vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and walk-in closets. Community amenities include three swimming pools, a sundeck with tanning areas, a game room with billiards, a sand volleyball court and a newly constructed 2,500-square-foot fitness center with spin and yoga room.
