Impact 360 to Open New Georgia Campus
Located in Pine Mountain, the 36,000-square-foot academic building is being managed by JLL.

The Impact 360 Institute will open its Pine Mountain campus featuring a 36,000-square-foot academic and multi-purpose building located minutes away from Columbus, Ga.. The facility will house between 50 and 60 undergraduate and graduate students. JLL’s Project and Development Services group has managed the project from conceptual design to delivery.

Community Details
Located at 5565 Ga. Highway 354 on an approximately 23-acre site, Impact 360’s new institutional development includes two 21,000-square-foot residence halls, a 3,500-square-foot facility and maintenance building, recreational fields, a faculty cottage and a total of 150 parking spaces.
Choate Construction Co. is the general contractor for the Christian worldwide and leadership organization’s campus, and Credo Design Architects is the architect. Recently, JLL also worked on behalf of Monogram Residential Trust, to secure the sale of Veritas Apartments, a Class A multifamily asset located in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson, Nev.
