New York—A real estate firm officially launched new residences in Greenwood Heights.
Ideal Properties Group presented The Gardens on Fourth, featuring two storefronts and 12 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Rent for the one-bedroom apartments begins at $2,400, the two-bedrooms start at $3,200 and the single three-bedroom apartment is $3,500, according to Ideal Properties Group. Nearly all units feature a private outdoor space.
“Rental units in Greenwood Heights are increasingly becoming scarce and we are pleased to bring a new development to market in this eclectic neighborhood,” said Aleksandra Scepanovic, managing director of Ideal Properties Group.
Units showcase tall ceilings, expansive windows, central AC, USB capable outlets, granite and stainless kitchen amenities, and modern bathroom finishes. The Gardens on Fourth offers deeded storage, bicycle parking, on-site laundry, a package room, CCTV cameras throughout the premises and a 24-hour emergency maintenance hotline.
Greenwood Heights is situated between Park Slope and Sunset Park, ranging from the northwest side of Green-Wood Cemetery to the Upper New York Bay waterfront just south of the Gowanus Canal. Attractions include local hangouts and destinations as the Pavilion Movie Theater, the Double Windsor and Prospect Park with its well-known band shell, bike paths and off-leash area for dogs. On 5th Avenue, the neighborhood brags over Baked in Brooklyn, a wholesale bakery, Korzo and Mary’s Bar. Residents can also enjoy the Zen art of relaxation over drinks with friends at the Sea Witches, a one-of-a-kind rock garden oasis.
