Halpern Real Estate Ventures has broken ground on 49 Fisk Street, a 337-unit luxury project in Jersey City’s West Side neighborhood. The city’s Mayor Steven Fulop and other municipal officials joined HREV at the groundbreaking ceremony. The community is expected to deliver in late 2023.
Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the property, and The Meshberg Group is overseeing interiors and amenities. The Corcoran Group will market the community’s units.
The six-story community will offer studios and one- to three-bedroom floorplans. Planned amenities include coworking space, a courtyard, a fitness center and a number of sustainable features such as rooftop solar panels and electric vehicle chargers.
Located near the banks of the Hackensack River at 49 Fisk St. in a rapidly growing area, the community will be less than a mile from Route 440. Hudson Bergen Light Rail Station, which provides direct access to downtown Jersey City and Manhattan, is also close to the property. Lincoln Park is 1 mile north of the community, while several dining, retail and entertainment options are available within a 1-mile radius.
