Howard Hughes Opens Hawaii Condo Tower

The building is near downtown Honolulu.

Howard Hughes Holdings has opened Victoria Place, a 350-unit condo tower in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The development team included architecture firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz, Tihany Design in charge of interiors and Vita Planning & Landscape Architecture which was responsible for landscaping services.

The property is part of Ward Village, a 60-acre master-planned community which encompasses more than 900,000 square feet of retail space and upwards of 5,100 condo units.

The 40-story tower features units with one- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 749 to 1,846 square feet. Common-area amenities include an infinity pool and spa, theater, dining room and catering kitchen, fitness center, as well as access to the beach and to the Victoria Ward Park. The property also includes an on-site resident manager, 24-hour building security and concierge services.

Located at 1240 Ala Moana Blvd., Victoria Place is next to Ward Shopping Centre, while the Ala Moana Tennis Court and Regional Park are across the street. Downtown Honolulu is less than 2 miles away and the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is some 7 miles northwest of the property.

Last month, Howard Hughes broke ground on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Woodlands, a 111-unit luxury condominium development in The Woodlands, Texas. The project will be a 15-story tower on an 8-acre site.
