DALLAS—The Baycliff Apartments multifamily community in Horseshoe Bay is on the market.
Located at 400 Green Leaf, the property is the only apartment community in the Horseshoe Bay Resort neighborhood, which is about 40 miles west of Austin and 30 minutes from Round Rock. Golf, boating and other recreational activities are available nearby.
The property features nine buildings on a three-acre site overlooking Lake Lyndon B. Johnson. It totals 25 units—12 one-bedrooms, 12 two-bedrooms, and 1 three-bedroom apartment—which feature floor plans averaging 909 square feet in size. Each unit offers a washer and dryer, and some units include stainless steel appliances. Highlights of community amenities include a large swimming pool with deck, an outdoor kitchen, and a tennis court. Included in the sale of Baycliff Apartments are 10 multifamily development lots totaling 2.3 acres.
Greysteel is the exclusive advisor and agent for the property. Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller, and Ryan Hill will lead the team marketing the property.
“Baycliff Apartments offers new investors the unique opportunity to purchase an asset in the heart of the highly desirable Marble Falls resort community sitting just outside of Austin,” noted Andrew Mueller, a Greysteel investment associate, in a statement. “As the only rental community within Horseshoe Bay Resort, combined with an influx of recently created jobs at the new Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, the property stands to continue its tradition of strong performance.”
