Holly Greer Named to Real Estate Forum’s 2012 ‘Women of Influence’ List

Orlando, Fla.—Holly Greer, senior vice president and general counsel of CNL Financial Group, has been selected as one of 2012’s “Women of Influence” by Real Estate Forum. Greer was one of 45 women selected from more than 200 nominations from around the country, and was chosen for her contributions to commercial real estate.

Since 2011, Greer has served as general counsel of four real estate investment trusts (REITs), sponsored by CNL Financial Group. She has led the closing on all acquisitions for each of the four REITs including nearly $1 billion in acquisitions during 2011. Earlier this year, Greer and her team were recognized with a Cupola Award, one of CNL Financial Group’s top honors, for their work on major acquisitions.
