Historic Nashville Neighborhood Provides Artist Destination
A new artists’ spot has emerged in the form of Broadstone Germantown, an apartment community aimed at providing a work space for music lovers.

Nashville, Tenn.—Alliance Residential Co. opened Broadstone Germantown, a 276-unit apartment community in the historic Nashville neighborhood, with the help of two-time Grammy award winner Jason Isbell.

The building will become a go-to spot for local artists due to its one of a kind rooftop music venue called Open Stage, where Isbell performed. Housing both a fully equipped performing arts space and a sound-proof song writing room, the property will be focusing on catering to the singer/songwriter community it’s located in.
Broadstone Germantown offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Units feature modern, open layouts with 10-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, ungraded cabinets, wood flooring and quartz countertops. In addition to the artist spaces, the project includes a courtyard, a fully equipped fitness center, meeting spaces, conference rooms, a business center and a bicycle room.
The seven-story property is within walking distance of the shops, dining and entertainment venues for which the neighborhood is known. Germantown is Nashville’s oldest neighborhood, offering architectural character, a close location to downtown, as well as a plethora of well-known restaurants, including Monell’s, City House, Rolf & Daughters and Fifth and Taylor.
