After breaking ground on The Osborn Residences in Phoenix in March, High Street Residential—the multifamily subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co.—and its joint venture partner MetLife Investment Management, have opened the Residences at Park District in Dallas.
Located at 2120 Olive St., the Class A community offers 228 one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 782 to 3,234 square feet. Standing 34 stories, the property also includes 13,396 square feet of retail space fronting Klyde Warren Park. FirstService Residential will be managing the Residences at Park District. The residential tower is connected by a grand plaza to PwC Tower at Park District, a Class A 20-story office building that comprises 500,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The entire site encompasses 3.3 acres and is surrounded by Pearl Street, Olive Street and Klyde Warren Park. The development is within close proximity to interstates 30, 35 and 45, Route 75, and the Dallas North Tollway.
