HFF has closed joint venture equity for the development of PDG Parker, a 255-unit garden-style community located in Parker, Colo. Senior Director Mark Erland and Director Matthew Benson, together with Managing Director Josh Simon and Director Leon McBroom, were part of the equity placement team that represented the developer, Price Development Group.
The property will sit on approximately 22 acres, between State Highway 83 and South Pine Drive, and will provide convenient access to Denver’s major employment centers. Upon completion in 2019, the property will include various floorplans, ranging in size from 705 to 1,423 square feet. Units are set to feature stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, kitchen islands, hardwood-style flooring, washer/dryers, and patios/balconies. The Class A community will consist of two- and three-story buildings and is slated to include common-area amenities such as:
- clubhouse with fitness center
- indoor golf simulator
- business center
- entertainment room
- bike and ski repair shop
- outdoor grilling area
- hot tub
- fire pit
Additionally, the pet-friendly property will feature a dog park and a pet spa. According to PDG, the development will most probably have 42 percent one-bedroom units, 11 percent one-bedroom units with dens, 42 percent two-bedroom units and six percent three-bedroom units.
Earlier this year, HFF represented the seller in the sale of Village at Bear Creek, a Denver multifamily community.
