Village at Bear Creek, a 472-unit community in Lakewood, Colo., has changed hands. HFF secured the sale of behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a joint venture of Holland Partner Group and North American Sekisui House LLC. Managing Director Jordan Robbins, along with Directors Jeff Haag and Anna Stevens, were part of the HFF investment sales team that represented the seller in the transaction.
Located at 2605 S. Miller Drive, in the Bear Creek area of Lakewood, Colo.—one of Denver’s most sought-after western suburbs—on approximately 16 acres, the property is situated just minutes from Bear Creek Lane and the Denver Federal Center Light Rail and is a 15-minute drive from downtown Denver and Union Station.
The 50 two- and three-story buildings offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 641 to 1,543 square feet per unit. The pet-friendly community includes common-area amenities such as:

According to Yardi Matrix data, the property last traded in 2016—when Starwood Capital Group acquired the asset for $121 million from Equity Residential—and had an average rental rate of $1,558 as of December.
