HFF Arranges Refinancing for TX Community

Working on behalf of Chappell Hill Investment Group Inc., the firm secured a 10-year, fixed-rate loan for Chappell Oaks in Belton.

Chappell Hill Investment Group Inc. secured a 10-year, fixed-rate loan for the refinancing of Chappell Oaks, a garden-style apartment community in Belton, Texas. HFF arranged the financing with a life company lender on behalf of the borrower. 

Situated at 200 Lake Road, the 120-unit Chappell Oaks features one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 787 to 1,570 square feet. The community comprises 12 one- and two-story buildings and is currently 99 percent leased. Interior features include cathedral ceilings, washer/dryer hookups, private balcony/patios, crown molding, tiled walk-in showers, garden tubs, fireplaces and attached/detached garages with remote access. Residents have access to amenities including: 

  • clubhouse
  • playground
  • swimming pool
  • 200 parking spaces 

The property is located midway between Austin and Waco via Interstate 35. HFF’s Managing Director Cortney Cole led the debt placement team representing Chappell Hill. Last month, she also led a team that arranged financing for the to-be-built, luxury high-rise tower Hanover River Oaks in Houston.
