Los Angeles—HFF recently announced the $15 million financing of HoM @ West Temple, a 67-unit apartment community in Los Angeles. The HFF team that secured the contract was led by Director Jeff Sause. The team represented the borrower, Sharp Capital, in placing a 3.51 percent loan on a seven-year period with Principal Real Estate Investors. The property was completed in February 2016 and the loan will be used to cover existing construction debt.
Located at 3221 W Temple St., in close proximity to Dodger Stadium and Griffith Park, HoM @ West Temple offers pet-friendly luxurious housing in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake submarket. The four-story building includes a parking garage and a 750-square-foot café. The community offers studios, as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Amenities include stainless steel appliances, designer fixtures, walk-in closets, quartz stone countertops, double pane windows and hardwood floors. The community also offers a 24-hour fitness studio, club house with pool tables, media center, grilling area, car charging stations, and on-site management.
