HFF has secured construction financing for the development of Solera at Cherry Creek, a 96-unit Class A senior housing community in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, one of Denver’s most affluent submarkets. Senior Director David Fasano and Directors Sarah Anderson and Brock Yaffe were part of the company’s team that represented the borrower, a joint venture between Banner Senior LLC, Solera Senior Living and Wheelock Street Capital.

The three-story building will consist of approximately 55,000 rentable square feet and will offer 64 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care units. Common-area amenities will include:

  • outdoor walking paths
  • fitness studio
  • relaxation room
  • on-site rehabilitation center
  • beauty salon and spa
  • outdoor terrace with a glass firepit
  • piano bar

Solera’s new project will be located at 2453 S. Wabash St., on approximately three acres. Various dining, shopping and entertainment venues such as Cherry Creek North, Cherry Creek Shopping Center and the Cherry Creek Arts District are in close proximity to the property. Rosemann & Associates is set to design the property, which is scheduled for completion by 2019.
