Roger Mumford Homes and Heartstone Development have announced the grand opening of their new residential property, Hidden Village, in Aberdeen, N.J. Development of the 200-unit rental property began in 2016.

Located at 1001 Whispering Way, the buildings are set on 28 acres of mostly forested land. The apartment community contains both one- and two-bedroom units, which range in size from 787 to 1,643 square feet. Monthly rental rates start from $1,695 for a one-bedroom apartment to $2,595 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit complete with a garage. Situated directly on Highway 34 and within three miles of the Garden State Parkway, the community is approximately one mile from a number of retail options, including the Aberdeen Town Square Center and a large ShopRite store.

Apartment amenities include direct-access garages for most units, washer and dryer appliances, private entry and patios or balconies. All apartments were built to Energy Star green building standards, which minimize utility expenses and promote and support sustainable living practices. Residents also have access to a clubhouse and pool for no additional charge.

This summer, a garden multifamily property of a similar size in New Jersey sold for $41 million.
