Hayden Properties has acquired View at Belterra, a 233-unit community in Dripping Springs, Texas, from American Residential Group. Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The new owner secured a $45.6 million Fannie Mae acquisition loan originated by Wells Fargo Bank, Hays County records show.

The 2021-built community is located on an 8-acre site at 168 Belterra Village Way. View at Belterra features one- to three-bedroom apartments with floorplans ranging from 528 to 1,717 square feet. The Davies Collaborative was the designer behind the project, while Ellie Aiello Interiors provided a modern farmhouse aesthetic.

The garden-style property features co-working spaces and conference rooms, a club lounge with a kitchen, an outdoor gaming deck, a swimming pool, grilling areas as well as electric vehicle charging stations. View at Belterra is pet-friendly and features a pet washing station along with a dog park equipped with a pavilion.

The community is part of Belterra Village, a 93-acre mixed-use development featuring 310,000 square feet of shopping, dining as well as entertainment options. Downtown Austin is roughly 17 miles northeast, while Barton Creek Habitat Preserve is less than 10 miles away.

As construction maintains momentum in Metro Austin, another development is nearing completion less than 5 miles of View at Belterra: Suburban Homes is working on the second phase of The Ridge at Headwaters, which will add 100 apartments to the 168-unit community. Also in the metro, Anthology Senior Living recently broke ground on a 130-unit senior living community.
