During this three-part course, real estate economist and data expert Jeff Adler will help you learn to use technology, proprietary data and a proven framework to elevate your decision-making and investment outcomes.
New to the December 2022 session is an additional focus on regional analysis. After looking at national market selection factors, participants will go in-depth into neighborhoods within a metropolitan area to identify specific investments they might make with their updated investment strategy.
