Harlem Condos Successfully Selling

APEX Condominiums, a new luxury building in Harlem, N.Y., is 70 percent sold, according to RCG Longview, a real estate operating and investment management firm, and The Marketing Directors Inc., the marketing firm for the building.

New York—APEX Condominiums, a new luxury building in Harlem, N.Y., is 70 percent sold, according to RCG Longview, a real estate operating and investment management firm, and The Marketing Directors Inc., the marketing firm for the building.

The building, which also features the Starwood Aloft Hotel on lower levels, includes 44 condo units on the top six floors of the 12-story building.

APEX offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units priced from $365,000 to a little over $1 million, and sizes from from 476 to 1,810 square feet. Units include washers and dryers, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Amenities for the condo owners include an attended lobby, residents-only elevators, storage and a rooftop terrace. Residents also have access to the hotel amenities, including the w zyz bar, fitness center and on-site parking.

APEX is located on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, which gives residents easy access to restaurants, movie theaters and the famous Apollo Theater. Additionally, the building is accessible to public transportation.
