Need we say more about why apartment owners should be keen to spend a few extra bucks on a nicer shower? After the kitchen, bathrooms are the best place to secure higher paying rents via a renovation play.

Hansgrohe has expanded its shower lineup for 2015 to offer even more choices to create “the ultimate shower.” The crux of any any shower is of course the showerhead. The Raindance Select E 300 features two easily accessible showerhead sprays, and sleek, but stylish design. The more circular Croma 160 features 178 no-clog spray nozzles. Both showerheads integrate Hansgrohe’s QuickClean tech—which allows lime scale to be easily wiped away—and are built to last.

The handshower is not only great from a user experience standpoint, but can also serve as an effective housekeeping tool for easy cleaning of the whole shower area. An all new Raindance Select S 150 AIR boasts the same features with a larger profile and smooth square-shaped silhouette.

Tying the two systems together are the new ShowerSelect square thermostatic trims that allow the user to switch between the handshower and showerhead functions.
