Hamilton Zanze Acquires 1st Florida Property

Hamilton Zanze has purchased Jade at North Hyde Park, a 192-unit apartment community in Tampa, Fla.’s North Hyde Park neighborhood.
The acquisition, which closed on June 20, marks Hamilton Zanze’s entry into the Florida market. This is the company’s third acquisition this year. The seller was a joint venture of Wingspan Development Group and ABC Capital Corp.
Situated at 608 N. Willow Ave., Jade at North Hyde Park offers studio and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, with units ranging in size from 463 square feet to 1,421 square feet.

Built in 2022, the property’s apartment features include natural lighting, stainless-steel appliances, smart and home systems, with select units offering built-in wine storage.
Community amenities include a fitness center, independent coworking spaces and a conference room, a courtyard pool with an adjacent outdoor yoga lawn, an onsite pet spa, garage parking, a secured parcel receiving room and bicycle storage.
Jade at North Hyde Park is an easy commute away from downtown Tampa, the University of Tampa, Armature Works, Ybor City and the Tampa Riverwalk.
