DallasGreysteel has been named exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of Hulen House, a multifamily community located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Marketing the community on behalf of the seller, Fort Capital LP, are Managing Director Boyan Radic, Senior Director Doug Banerjee, as well as Investment Associates Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill and Andrew Hanson.

“The growth and new developments in Fort Worth over the past few years have contributed to strong apartment demand and above average rent growth, allowing a new investor to renovate and modernize unit interiors to increase rents more than 60 percent,” said Mueller in a prepared statement.

The 36-unit Hulen House was built in 1967 and is located at 1901 Hulen St. and 4500 Camp Bowie Blvd. Its position in the city’s Cultural District and on the corner of two active thoroughfares offers access to numerous retail, dining, cultural and entertainment options. In addition, the community is situated in close proximity to The T, Fort Worth’s bus transit system, as well as Interstate 30.
