Pet-friendly community

The community’s variety of amenities includes an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge with a full kitchen, dining areas, garden and grilling stations.

The community’s clubroom includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and business center, as well as resident social spaces with flat-screen TVs. The pet-friendly community includes a pet park, pet wash station, package service, garage parking, car charging and bike storage.

We are delighted to celebrate the grand opening of Elan Uptown Flats,” said Randy Ackerman, Greystar’s managing director of development.

We have designed the community as an urban retreat with contemporary interiors, world-class amenities and a location that is unparalleled in Lower Queen Anne, just blocks away from the Space Needle and Seattle Center.”
