Greystar Unveils Elan River District in Fort Worth

Elan River District has opened in Fort Worth, Texas. Developed by Greystar, the 325-unit luxury apartment community is located in the city’s River District and features smart home technologies and green spaces for residents.
The property, situated at 4921 White Settlement Road, offers an assortment of floor plans that include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as townhomes with direct-access, two-car garages. The units include amenities and interior finishes such as stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry with glass doors, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, single-basin kitchen sinks and plank wood-style flooring in living areas.
Mud rooms, designer lighting fixtures, USB outlets, Nest smart thermostats, Amazon Alexa Smart Home technology with Skill integration, walk-in closets and washers and dryers are additional features of the residences. Select units offer private balconies or patios and wine refrigerators.
