Houston—Greystar has opened Elan Heights, a 326-unit apartment community in Houston.
“Elan Heights offers residents modern amenities and finishes combined with architecture that was inspired by the historic Woodland Heights neighborhood,” Trent Conner, Greystar’s managing director of development, told MHN. “Whether a community is suburban or urban, high-rise or garden, we make every apartment community its own distinctive place to live.”
Located at 825 Usener St., construction is nearing completion and immediate move-ins are already available. The urban community includes seven floors of well-appointed apartment homes in historic Woodland Heights.
The community offers spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 627 to 1,427 square feet. Modern interior finishes include quartz countertops with undermount sinks, stainless steel appliance, upgraded French-door refrigerators, built-in microwaves and ovens, custom glass-front cabinetry and hardwood flooring.
Community amenities include a sky lounge, resort-style swimming pool, courtyard and outdoor kitchen. The clubhouse offers modern conveniences such as a state-of-the-art conference center, a resident lounge, game room, on-site fitness studio, yoga room and virtual exercise routines and classes by Fitness on DemandTM. There’s also a dog spa, dry cleaning service and on-site parking.
The community is minutes away from recreation at Stude Park, Buffalo Bayou Park and local walking trails.
“Residents will appreciate living close to great restaurants, entertainment, employment centers as well as a variety of attractions in downtown Houston,” Conner said. “Our desirable locations are close to shopping, dining, and places of work, and our experienced team of professionals create the perfect balance of services, amenities, and finishes that provide an exceptional living experience for residents.”
