Elan at River District, an apartment community in the River District of Fort Worth, is nearly completed. Developed by Greystar, the property is by the Trinity River, near downtown Fort Worth.
Designed by Houston-based Meeks + Partners, the four-story, 325-unit apartment and 16-unit townhome community will feature studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with study, and two-bedroom units. Its three-story townhomes offer two-bedroom units with studies and three-bedroom units with attached garages.
The development’s apartment units range from 491 square feet to 1,268 square feet, with the largest townhome coming in at 2,031 square feet. The residences include private balconies and outdoor storage.
Amenities
A clubhouse area will feature a large lounge/kitchen/game room, fitness wing, aqua massage, business center, media room. The property will also feature a resort-style pool complete with lazy river, fire pits and outdoor kitchen. Construction of the project is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2018.
“The River District is a neighborhood on a bend of the Trinity River that’s being rejuvenated and branded,” Ryan Meeks, partner with Meeks + Partners. “The development will have a significant impact, bringing more restaurants, businesses and living communities to the area.”
This is not Greystar’s first foray into Texas, having recently acquired Monogram Residential.
