The property will also feature a resort-style pool complete with lazy river, fire pits and outdoor kitchen. Construction of the project is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2018.
“The River District is a neighborhood on a bend of the Trinity River that’s being rejuvenated and branded,” Ryan Meeks, partner with Meeks + Partners. “The development will have a significant impact, bringing more restaurants, businesses and living communities to the area.”
This is not Greystar’s first foray into Texas, having recently acquired Monogram Residential.
